TASTE OF PARADISE HAS A “PERFECT” SUNDAY

Taste of Paradise had two starters on Sunday, April 30, both at Turf Paradise Race Course.  In the 7th Race, Perfect Paradise, a 6 year old daughter of Taste of Paradise continued her perfect record for 2017, notching her second victory of the year from two starts, easily defeating a field of seven horses over the 7-1/2 furlong turf course.  This was her sixth career victory.  In the 10th Race,  a  6 furlong sprint,  Velocita, a 5 year old daughter of Taste of Paradise prevailed in winning the race over a  seven horses field.

TWO TIZDEJAVU RUNNERS RESULT IN TWO WINNERS SATURDAY

TIZDEJAVU was represented by two winners from two runners on Saturday, both at Hawthorne. Wildwood Dejavu won the 2nd race by twelve lengths, a $15,000 Claiming race, going six furlongs on dirt in 1:10 flat. Tizlor won the 5th race, a Maiden Special Weight going six furlongs on dirt in 1:12-3.

PRODUCTIVE SATURDAY FOR GET STORMY RUNNERS

Saturday was a productive day for runners by Get Stormy:

In the first race at Lone Star, Stormin thru Dixie, broke his maiden by winning a 7-1/2 furlong turf race.

In the fourth race at Belmont, Flyoff, ran a close 2nd in a $75,000 Maiden Special Weight going six furlongs on turf.

Last but not least, Get Sassy, came back off a layoff to run a good 3rd only beaten a length in an Allowance Opt. Claiming race ($75,000) going seven furlongs on dirt at Tampa.
